about me

i'm a wife. mother and fitness entrepreneur. i love helping other's reach their health and fitness goals. i'm turning 45 this year, am excited to what the future holds (but just a few years ago - i was terrified of the future!).

 

as i was approaching 40, i noticed my body was changing - i couldn't keep the weight in check. i was tired and reaching for coffee (wasn't something i needed before to get through the stressful work day). i just didn't have the energy, i was getting blemishes (was lucky and didn't experience that growing up) what the heck was going on?

 

i had check up's and thank goodness they all came back ok, but they just didn't have an answer for me. 

i was beginning to get desparate, i was so tired all the time, clothes were not fitting the same, my family mentioned more than once that i was cranky all the time (the funny G was gone). 

 

then on a weekend - late at night - montel williams came on and introduced the 21 day fix. 

i am not a buy what you 'see on tv' kind of gal...but montel and autumn had me! long story short the 21 day fix was my journey into getting my health back & coaching. i loved the program, it helped me make the changes i needed - from portion control (and not eliminating my favorite 'latin' foods - woohoo!) 30 minute workouts and introduction to the 'healthiest meal of the day- smoothie/shake'

before i knew it i was back on my game! my clothes were now fitting big and i was toned, happy, energized! funny, fun g was back!

 

my friends and family wanted to know what i was doing and how i did it in such a short period of time.

 

i fell in love helping others, by sharing my journey they were starting their own new journey!
